    Theodora Anyfanti was born and raised in Greece in 21st of April 1974.She was qualified as a medical doctor from the Medical University of Plovdiv in 2003.

    She was appointed as SHO junior doctor in the General Hospital of Larissa (her home town)and worked in the medical and surgical wards of the hospital, where she served as a  doctor in the Greek NHS.

   In March 2010 she was appointed as a  trainee doctor(adult psychiatry department) at the Psychiatric Hospital of Thessaloniki(northern Greece).

   In April 2011 she moved in Glasgow,she was registered with the General Medical Council and  worked at the Critical Care Unit of the Victoria Infirmary Glasgow until September 2011 when she left for maternity leave.

   From September 2012 to May 2013 she has undergone a complete course of acupuncture training, in Western Medical Acupuncture with a licence to practice, by the British Academy of Western Medical Acupuncture in Liverpool John Moores University.
